There are many routines talking about Benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, and retinol treatment. This treatment is more designed for those people who have persistent acne problems and need to use stronger products to solve the problem.
In this blog, I will focus on the routine for mild acne, so you do not need to use aggressive products to treat your skin or your sensitive skin can even tolerate it.
The first step in choosing the right skincare routine is to understand the actual causes of acne.
1. Air Pollution Degrades The Quality of The Produced Sebum
Pollution can degrade the quality of the produced sebum, generating toxins and in turn triggering inflammation.
According to a study in Frontiers in Pharmacology, factors in your environment — like air pollution, tobacco smoke and UV rays — contribute to some of the most common skin concerns, including acne, irritation and premature skin aging.

Morning Personalised Skincare Routine for Acne:
- Cleanser: Start washing your face every morning with a gentle face cleanser.
